It’s once again time for Yamishibai.
The Set-Up
Ten. We have made it to ten.
Considering Yamishibai has constantly been pumping out installments since 2013, season ten was always going to be an inevitability. And yet, to hit double digits, it feels like a lot.
Still, I would be lying if I said I didn’t get a little excited every time I hear news of another batch of Yamishibai stories. Yeah, I’ve come to accept that many stories will fail to live up to expectations. However, there is usually one (at least one) episode that knocks it out of the park and is a reminder of why this is a staple of anime horror.
