When hearing Fena: Pirate Princess’s “the sea and a pearl,” the word “mystic” comes to mind. A high-seas adventure, treasure hunts, ninjas; how does one not grow excited when listening to this song?
Now, does that series deliver on all those points? Well, that is not for this list to decide.
Nevertheless, this opening song struck a beautiful cord that allowed it to rise higher than the countless others heard throughout the year. It is truly one of 2021’s highlights.
