So…that was an ending.
Sure, this episode took a sinister turn, but I wouldn’t call the payoff worth it. Don’t get me wrong; I like the idea this story went in, but I’m left with one lingering question:
Did your main girl not realize how strange what happened was?
How do you not react to what should have been a horrifically shocking turn of events? The one thing that was once comforting in your life ended up being something entirely else. And not even an acknowledgment? Okay?
